SEGRO Logistics Park East Midlands Gateway (SLPEMG):
We joined Rail Minister, Chris Heaton-Harris, in February 2020 to mark the official opening of the new Strategic Rail Freight Interchange (SRFI) at SLPEMG. SEGRO, SRFI operator Maritime Transport and 350 plus industry guests celebrated at the 17-acre open-access terminal that is capable of handling up to sixteen 775 metre-long freight trains daily and provides storage capacity for over 5,000TEU.

Unit 1, Mountpark Bardon II:
We completed the first unit within the second phase at Mountpark Logistics’ 145-acre distribution park – adjacent to J22 of the M1. The 579,000 sq ft National Distribution Centre (NDC) was pre-let to US fashion company VF Corporation which owns brands such as Vans, North Face, Timberland and Dickies to expand its presence in the East Midlands.
URBN, Gateway Peterborough:
This 400,000 sq ft storage and distribution facility for Roxhill Developments was handed over to tenant URBN in June 2020. With 26,100 sq ft office/management area, including roof top terrace and staff gym, the project that realised steel frame erection in just five weeks is the seventh that we’ve successfully delivered at this distribution park.
Panattoni Park, Northampton:
We delivered the civils and infrastructure phase – including significant S278 highways works – to enable this 120-acre distribution park, and now we’ve completed the first three industrial warehouses. Each of the 92,000, 310,000 and 222,000 sq ft facilities comprise office accommodation, yards and car parking. Plus, we have recently been awarded the contracts for the next phase; three single-sided dock warehouses that will be 250,000 sq ft, 430,000 sq ft and 380,000 sq ft.

The plant being used to complete the roundabout works on the A5 Hinckley for client @HighwaysEngland has been fitted with a specialist exclusion zone indicators whilst working the night shift, a great example of Doing It Right! @IMProps
